What the Finance & Control Traineeship Involves:
In just two years, you’ll take a significant step forward in your career. You’ll develop both hard and soft skills, participate in challenging training sessions with other enthusiastic trainees, and earn valuable certifications. During this period, you’ll be guided by experienced professionals within our organization. You won’t just support day-to-day tasks within the planning and control cycle, but also work on three innovation projects across different departments. These assignments provide a broad view of project control and help you build valuable experience and a strong network for the future.

- the opportunity to develop into a full-fledged Project Controller within two years;
- a challenging traineeship focused on both hard and soft skills;
- regular sessions with fellow trainees to share knowledge and expand your network;
- a job within one of our finance departments after successful completion of the program;

- a gross monthly salary of €3,070 based on a 36-hour workweek;

Your qualities
- you are a recent graduate or will graduate soon, with no more than two years of experience in the financial sector;
- you have at least a higher professional (HBO) degree in accountancy, finance & control, business administration, MER, or a comparable financial study;
- available for at least 32 hours per week;
- good command of the Dutch language.
