Prof. Ciarán Forde visited South Korea for several presentations.
In October, Prof. Ciaran Forde visited South Korea where he gave a series of presentations over the course of a week long stay. The trip began with a visit and update presentation to our TKI-Project ‘Meta-Pro’ project partners Samyang foods. Prof. Forde gave a series of lectures to the Food and Nutrition department at Ewha Womans University in Seoul at the invitation of Prof. Hye-Seong Lee. He then presented the Sensory Science and Eating Behaviour Chair group and its research to the R&D team at CJ Food (CheilJedang) in Blossom Park, Suwon. The trip culminated with an invited lecture at the 2023 Korean Society for Food Science and Nutrition annual conference in Busan.
