TTT Smart Industries voucher awarded to ELIF
We are pleased to announce Lukas Nowak from ELIF received a 25k grant for business development. ELIF developed an Electrical Impedance Measurement system that uses low-voltage, low-intensity current to assess the electrical properties of conducting substances.
Lukas applied this technology to create a remote fish detection system, which enhances the effectiveness of fishing equipment and fish counting methods for the future. This innovation not only boosts the efficiency of bottom fishing but also reduces its ecological footprint. Additionally, it optimises the management of aquatic resources in both aquaculture and freshwater ecosystems. TTT is an RVO programme to support the creation of spin-offs from academia.
