Stay informed
As a purchaser of dairy products, it is nice to have knowledge on the sustainability of the dairy business and also to go more into in-depth discussions with my suppliers
I have enhanced my learning into how we get to net zero dairy farming and products, and I connected with other people trying to do the same
One of my take-aways of this course is to look at animal welfare differently, in the context of sustainability, from how you feed all the way to holistic management
